Since founding PUMPDABEAT in 1998, he has not only shaped the soundscape of most of Philadelphia’s Ballroom/LGBTQ+ music scene but has also made ballroom culture accessible to a broader, yet personal, audience.

His music acts as a time capsule, bridging eras and decades, with each beat and krash meticulously crafted to draw the vogue femme deeper into the experience. VJ’s sound is more than just familiar.
