  • After a weekend of late nights, staying up beyond my years, I went to salsa class with a lady. We danced together, not brilliantly, and at the end of the class I told her my brain was gibberish and my body was jelly. She wasn’t too accepting of it.   • When I go out into the world for a period of 4 or 5 days, would I like to be seen and known as ‘fun Gav’, a little bit inebriated? Of course I would. Who wouldn’t? But then the days that follow, the lack of neural efficiency, compatibility, the physiology, how your body feels. Did I want to get out of bed this morning? Hell no! Are you actions the right ones for the outcome you want?
