For something a little different this week, I've created a sleepcast.

A short poetic narrative inspired by the great loves in our lives, the ones that make us feel safe, seen and supported.

Reminding us of the magic in life, from moment to moment.

This episode is to be listened to in a quiet moment, taking a nap or falling asleep.

Set yourself up comfortably in your space, put on a favourite scent or incense and relax into the bed beneath.
