You're now free to move about the cabin! Everyone is talkin' about sleep these days (heck Apple introduced a dedicated sleep tracker in their latest watch)! In this episode join me and my long-time Canadian friends in a "slumber party" as we discuss all things sleep including some helpful hacks on perfecting sleep.  

Three hacks discussed on this episode: 

Hack No. 1: Invest in your PILLOW!

Hack No. 2: WASH AWAY your day! Be it an evening beauty routine, burning some incense, or reading a bedtime story (no social media!) find a wash to just put the day to rest before your put yourself to rest. 

Hack No. 3: Try a natural supplement such as SleepTime Tea, which can increase the DEEP phase of sleep necessary for body repair. If you just got off a long-haul flight, or next to be on your A-Game the next day this is a nice and safe fix!
