In 2004 the German Handball team welcomed the newly formed Sri Lankan team to the quaint town of Wittislingen. After tanking the first friendly match, the visiting Sri Lankan Team went out for a pack of cigarettes and well..you know what happens next.. Our first Sporty but not really sporty story!
