The internet can be a strange place. Its a great source of fun and entertainment, but, if you look for it, something more sinister is always lurking in the shadows of the web. In May of 2014, a fun sleepover between friends took a dark turn, when 12 year olds Anissa Weier and Morgan Geyser sought to murder their friend in the name of a mythical online creature, the Slenderman. Was this a cold blooded crime, or an unfortunate tale of what can happen when a fantasy goes too far?
