On Episode 30 of Southern Live Gumbo, I discuss why i keep getting the new Covid name and the Transformers confused, how global warming messed up my Christmas playlist and I take time to bid rest in peace to Bishop Desmond Tutu, Issa Rae's breakthrough show "Insecure" and my Pittsburgh Steelers playoff chances.

But mainly, I  used this episode to explain where the hell i have been for the past 147 days and why i haven't recorded anything since 2 August. The rationale is definitely not a simple answer, but it is one i am willing to openly share. And normal recording will commence moving forward.
