The event takes place Saturday, June 28, from 7 a.m. to noon at the Enterprise Farmers Market and is free and open to the public. This family-friendly—and dog-friendly—event celebrates local farmers and the peak of produce season in the Wiregrass. Contest registration begins at 8 a.m., with competitions for Biggest Watermelon at 8:30, Watermelon Seed Spitting at 9, Watermelon Rolling at 10, and Watermelon Eating at 11. All contests offer cash prizes and feature multiple age categories. Attendees can enjoy fresh produce, games, and festive activities while supporting local agriculture and the Enterprise farming community.
