It's been confirmed that the SLNCR Greenway project is set to move to the next stage.

The TII has given the green light to begin phase three.

Environmental Surveys are ongoing since April and will continue until the end of next year.

The planned greenway will run through Sligo, Leitrim and into Northern Ireland.
