• Anchor into your guiding light — whether that’s your highest self, truth, or the divine 
• Connect with a clear vision of your desire and check for energetic alignment Build sexual energy through mindful self-pleasure 
• Circulate that energy up through your chakras — from root to crown — awakening each center 
• Send your vision into the universe while sealing it into your body and the physical world 

Important Notes Before You Begin: 

• Come with a clear manifestation intention 
• Be grounded in your “why” and your personal north star (e.g. for the highest good, aligned with source, goddess, creator, etc.) 
• Ensure you’re feeling high-vibrational in body, mind, and spirit — this is not a practice to do when feeling low or dysregulated
