Slow Down and Ground

Listen Later

In the transition from summer to fall, my body is naturally inviting me to grow roots, slow down, and ground myself. Fall is a time to release old stories, let go of past holdings, make space for the new, and let die what needs to die. With the transformation of fall on its way and change at the forefront of our daily experience, seen in the colors out the window, I sit in deep appreciation for my personal yoga practice. It’s like an anchor and a pathway I have built into my days for Me to align with Me. In this week's episode I explore the concept to "Slow Down and Ground," both on and off our yoga mats.

Welcome to The Edge Podcast. I'm Maggie Pounds, a yoga teacher and joy facilitator. May this week’s theme anchor and guide your days moving forward. May you weave the practices I share into your yoga practice and daily life, allowing you to truly discover what it means to live a life of connection to who and what you really are both on and off your yoga mat.
