There is so much magic in slowing down.

But we live in a culture that is all about being BUSY & go go go.

And it can be challenging to shift from packing your life full of things & people to really choosing to slow the fuck down & take things off your plate.

It can be really SCARY actually.

B/c when you give SPACE & TIME to connect to your soul, shit changes around you. And it can definitely be uncomfortable as you witness your world around you falling down & relationships ending.  

It can feel devastating at times.

Let me REMIND you that it is NECESSARY for destruction & endings to occur when you start prioritizing YOURSELF & asking the Universe to bring in what is actually meant for you.

This process of letting go in order to BECOME is a WILD ride. And when you allow yourself to slllooooowwwww, you are able to see things more clearly.
