Slow Flow Bikini Yoga with Zaree

Zaree guides a calm and steady bikini yoga flow focused on stretching, balance, and full body movement . The session begins on hands and knees with gentle cat cow to warm up the spine before moving into downward dog to stretch the legs and lower back.


From there, the flow builds through lunges, twists, and plank work to activate the core and improve stability. Zaree moves into crescent poses and warrior sequences, keeping the pace smooth and easy to follow while working the legs, hips, and shoulders.


The session finishes on the mat with hip lifts, happy baby, and butterfly pose to open the hips and release tension, ending with a relaxed reset.
