SLOW FLOW YOGA // 30 Minute Beginner Yoga Class To Relax & Connect With Your Body  

Welcome beautiful friends!  

Today I am sharing with you a 30 minute slow flow yoga sequence. This is my go to flow, for whenever I need a quick movement break. I really enjoyed the beautiful sunshine outside on this chilly February day, watching the birds fly overhead, and going inward to connect with my body.   

This is my first time sharing a full yoga class on here, so in honor of that I have made the theme:
