ep 41 — letting go + slowing down

we made it to 2026! what a feat!

this week, we're chatting about letting go plus slowing down. It's been a hard couple of months, and the only thing that truly got me through. It was staying present in the moment + not forcing the outcome/relieving yourself of rigid expectations. freeing yourself = being kinder to yourself and choosing YOU first and foremost... especially in times of need, heaviness or grief.

you can relax, the holidays are over as well as good ol' 2025. gotta love to hate her, it was rough, but very hope-inspiring to say the least.

thank you for being so patient while I took a brief pause on uploading, I'm not sure what my new schedule will be ... I'm not sure if there will be a schedule again, if I'm being so honest.
