This week I interviewed the fascinating Jimmy Sullivan who is the man behind Chilli Coffee. We had a great chat about caramel lattes and being in business which I thoroughly enjoyed, and I know you will too. 

Jimmy had retired a couple of times before he fell into his current role as roaster and supplier of a unique coffee blend.  And they have created some other interesting products with their blend. 

Jimmy talks about what makes Chilli Coffee unique, what has worked for him and what, in his experience, he thinks is the most important thing anyone in small business needs to know.
