Obadiah: Family Feud

The shortest book in the Old Testament carries a powerful message about pride, betrayal, judgment, grace, and the sovereign rule of God. Through the long conflict between Jacob and Esau—and later Israel and Edom—Obadiah reminds us that God brings down the proud, holds nations and individuals accountable, and remains faithful to His promises. Ultimately, the book points us toward the coming Day of the Lord and its final declaration: “The kingdom shall be the LORD’s.”
