In a shocking turn of events, a Federal panel of judges reversed the prior ruling which stopped the "Beneficial Ownership Information" reporting requirement of the Corporate Transparency Act from taking effect. The law, which does not apply to big business, banking or NGOs has small business owners scrambling to come into compliance by the January 1, 2025 deadline.
