Is this more expensive? Can I get this now? What do all those numbers & letters (802.11a,b,g,n,ac,ad,ax) mean? What happens if I just stick to the current WiFi I've got. Will it stop working? What newer types of connectivity could the average consumer gain with this (besides gamers)? I'll ask what 'throughput', 'low latency' and 'Backward compatibility' all mean.
