We often see social media posts around this time of year prompting us to share our big goals for the new year. It comes from a place of excitement for the year to come, a fresh start, a time to reach for the stars.
It's beautiful.
But it can also make you feel a bit inadequate if your goals aren't the big ones they're telling you to set.
As someone who helps women set and achieve goals on a weekly basis, I can tell you that the big goals aren't usually the ones that propel you forward. It's the small goals that do.
