In this video, Isabella and I  talk about my experience with choking from esophageal problems. She also shares a similar experience with choking on a pill and how scary it can be. We share our experiences with a co-ed small group and what we learned from it. We also discuss the "season" change we experience as Christians. Lastly, we get into the cringe saying the from the Christian community. Alongside the pressures single Christian people face.
