In this smaller episode Val of Small Talk was gracious enough to let me record his set at Pete's Candy Store on March 1st. He performed a heartfelt piece he's decided to name R.i.P. inspired by overdose. We learned about his life in El Paso Texas and Portland Maine that led him to New York City where he continues to write and record music.
