During a time that has been rife with change, stress, and anticipation - including a very big recent election for the United States, I want to take this week's episode to focus on some stories of instances where something small has made a very big impact. If you're anything like me, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and insignificant but I would hope that after these tales you take heart in what's possible from seemingly singular, small, and unexpected places.
