What do bells, basketball and black pens have in common? Very little… not that they have nothing in common, but in all three cases, something very little about each of them resulted in a very memorable or impactful event, even potentially saving the lives of astronauts.

In this episode, we look at the unlikely savior of the Apollo 11 mission, the start of the Salvation Army Bell Ringers, and a very special basketball team manager, to see how the smallest of things can bring about the largest returns.
