In this episode, Mitch and Carlo look back to their life 10 years ago when we use Friendster, Limewire, Nokia XpressMusic, and Ipod shuffle. They also talked about how emo is not just a phase but a way of life for them.
For the first episode with Mitch and Carlo's "Tohlong" (or not, they haven't decided the segment name yet) where people share their stories and ask for their opinions they tackled love in the midst of pandemic. A message sender shared her frustrations with how the pandemic negatively affects her 2 year romantic relationship. She wonders if the problem they're facing is a matter of immaturity or not knowing and understanding each other's love language.
In this episode, Mitch and Carlo shared their drunk experiences and worst hangovers. Who knew that a local brandy will allow you to teleport, that pale pilsen taste like chocolate, and that gin goes well with beer?!
They also talked about quarter life crisis and encourages people who were experiencing it to be patient with rediscovering themselves and finding the things that they are passionate about. They also reminded their listeners that their feelings and emotions are valid and that it's okay not to be okay.
As Mitch and Carlo appreciate the white sand in Manila Bay they also had their friend, Rosseth tag along as they reminisce their walwal college days and how they transitioned to adulthood (AND HOW MUCH THEY HATE IT). Rosseth, who has been working for the same company for 2 years also shared some tips on how to enjoy your first job.
During the first episode Mitch and Carlo mentioned that aside from being college buddies and BFFs, they are also band mates. So in this episode they shared who influenced them, how they started loving music, and how music saves them. They also talked about the most memorable concert for them and encouraged people to not be afraid to go to concerts or gigs alone. Carlo also asked Mitch that if ever they will have to go to Mars which album would they take with them *Monkahmm*.
In this episode, Mitch and Carlo discussed how much they dread " small talks" and why they decided to start this podcast. They also shared the story of their friendship, college life, how they formed their band "Hello, Euphoria", and how they land their first job.
