The day after President Donald Trump was inaugurated into office, millions of people took to the streets in a series of events that were called the Women's March.

The inaugural march in the Adirondack foothill town of Lewis, in Essex County, drew hundreds of people. Two years later, far fewer showed up for the 2019 Women's March, but those who were there talked more of hope and progress.
