How to implement SMART Goals in your team or life

When implementing SMART goals within your organization or personally, I recommend you following the following best practices:

1. Limit your number of goals to no more than 5
2. Write down every goal on paper and make visible
3. Review each SMART goal regularly, weekly at minimum
4. Share your goals cautiously
