Igloohome released a new smart lock box for those in the rental business. The Smart Keybox 3 allows you to store up to 3 keys for a home, or (with adapter) a car.

How the Smart Keybox 3 Works

If you have a rental property where a key needs to be close by – or a loaner car for subscribers – this lock will care for the key the person needs to access. The user will access the box to get the key, then put it back when done.

No Wifi Needed

Through the app, and a QR code, people will be able to access the keys. They would need either:

As the owner, I simply log into the app, Bluetooth into the device, and choose to lock or unlock. If a guest needs access, they access the link, information is sent to you, and you can choose to give access or not.

Home or Car

The lock looks like a standard lock (maybe a little bigger). It can hook to a door, or another area it can loop around. For the car, an adapter is used to hang the lock over a window.
