Michigan State University professor in the Department of Management Russell Johnson studied the impacts of using smartphones at night. He and his colleagues found that smartphone usage before bed can actually decrease energy levels the next day. Impact's Abbie Newton spoke with Johnson on Exposure on Feb. 25.
