What are the idols shaping our lives today?

In Exodus 23:20–26, God commands the Israelites to reject the false gods and practices surrounding them as they journey toward the Promised Land. But while the idols of the Old Testament were often carved from stone and wood, today’s idols are far more subtle.

Pleasure. Entertainment. Money. Success. Security. Tradition.

In this special outdoor “Kickoff Sunday” service, Pastor Jason Barnett explores what it means to be completely for Jesus in a culture full of competing allegiances—and why following Christ means allowing Him to smash the idols we cling to.

This message challenges listeners to examine what they truly worship and reminds us that victory is not found in the patterns of this world, but in surrender and obedience to Jesus.
