SMB insurance is vital to any small business owner in order to protect the business against foreseeable and unforeseeable liabilities, something that has been proven in the last few months. When lockdown happened, many SMBs had to close all together and file for Business Interruption. This lead to a high court case between the SMBs and the insurers and many of the insureres had to pay their customers, but how can you sell cover for something that has never happened before?
