This week episode we explore both on and off our yoga mats a beautiful quote by Thich Naht Hanh.

"We can smile and relax. Everything we want is right here in the present moment."

With the reminder that we can first smile and relax, we hold ourselves in a posture to explore this sometimes uncomfortable relationship we feel in regards to our wants and desires. This quote gracefully and simply opens the door to align with what it is that we really do want and can have right now in this present moment. It helps me find peace, clarity, and connection to what it truly is that I desire for myself and my life.
