Host Susan Mintert visits a new bakery in Lafayette, Indiana. Smittybread opened its doors in August, 2017, and we meet its owner and chief baker, David Smith, who is going all in with hearth breads, pastries, and other specialities. Later, Susan meets up with her friend Katy to sample the Smittybread croissants.
