Draft legislation aimed at creating a smoke-free generation has been published. It looks at banning single-use vapes, and regulating the sale of nicotine products, as well as plans to prohibit the sale of tobacco to anyone born on or after 1st January 2009, coming into effect in 2027, when that group turns 18.
