How to find peace with your body, and learn to trust yourself. A conversation with the luminous and deeply wise Hillary McBride. One of the many reasons I want to spotlight her is that her work explores similar territory as my new course Energize: 28 days to supercharge your metabolism and nourish your radiance. Her books: “The Wisdom of Your Body”  “Practices for Embodied Living” should be manuals for how to relate to your body — this topic most of us receive no formal eduction about growing up, and often toxic ideas modeled by family members or peers.
