Trevor grew up in the Yukon territory in Northern Canada. His family was big into hunting, trapping and fishing which gave him a unique perspective into smoking meat, food preservation and whole animal butchery.

”I’ve always been a big fan of smoked meat and barbeque. My work provided me an avenue to travel frequently throughout Canada and the US where I was able to try many different types of BBQ and flavour profiles. Work eventually landed me in Alberta, Canada where we bought a farm, started raising animals, built a large offset smoker and the rest is history.”
