John Jesse, the owner of DrGreenrx dispensary in Vista, and David Newman, a former cannabis nursery owner and a prominent industry advocate in Oceanside, come onto the program to talk about how local and state laws have hindered the growth of the legal cannabis market while inadvertently keeping consumers reliant on the black market. We discuss some of the local measures that recently passed concerning cannabis sales including Encinitas's Measure L and the countywide Measure A, among others.
