In this episode, I talk to Smriti Handa, Regional HR Director, South Asia, at Reckitt Benckiser. She has worked with Phillips and Airtel earlier. Smriti enjoys getting HR a seat in the boardroom. I learned about what this means, the kind of challenges she has had to overcome, her take on diversity and inclusion. We also spoke about what it means to be a working mom who wants to give her best at work as well as to her family - why should she have to choose one over the other?
