Andrea has 20 years of experience within the travel and tech industries having spent the majority of her career in customer service and sales leadership roles for United Airlines and Google. Since joining Airbnb in April of 2015 she has spearheaded their social care efforts ensuring that social media became a priority channel for customer service care within Airbnb.
