In Psalms 9:1-4, David is telling us to praise the Lord and tell of His wonderful works. I want to add that you and I need to form the habit of always telling the wonderful works that God has wrought to us. There's no powerful sermon like a testimony. God is doing wonderful things for His people daily, but the negative works of Satan and his hosts crowds out the good things happening around us to the point where it looks like God does not care or He does not exist. We see the manifestation of evil everywhere, but there are also manifestations of the Holy Spirit and the works of God that we can help show the world.
