Mark and Jana taste two new sandwiches for the Chicken Sandwich Showdown: Part Two. Mark surprises Jana with secret recordings he made during the holidays in 2019. The co-hosts recount taking time to smell the roses, as they took a spontaneous side quest during their holiday road trip, exploring a small California town named Gustine. In Paranormal Corner, Jana recounts some creepy things that have happened in her parlor.

Mark and Jana try a food lab experiment, and a tasty smoothie that is also good for you. Mark debunks an internet meme! He also has a chip on his shoulder about what belongs on the "Nextdoor" app, and when you should simply phone a friend. In the Paranormal Corner segment, Jana tells stories about being protected or shielded during times of danger, or extreme duress. She asks Mark if he believes they're moments of divine inspiration, or just coincidence.

In this special Christmas episode Mark and Jana speak to their international friends to find out how they celebrate(ed) Chrismas in their countries of (Cuba, England, and Chile). They snack on "Christmas cake", a Christmas tradition in England and wash it down with some almond nog. They also snack on plantains, commonly prepared and eaten with many Cuban meals. Then, Mark and Jana talk about their own childhood Christmas memories. This special episode is informative, fun, and heartwarming!

Mark has Jana take a blind taste test: The Chocolate Chip Challench.
