Joy is not something you have to earn. It’s not waiting for the perfect season or a healed version of you, it’s here, quietly asking to be felt, even in the middle of the mess.
You are allowed to laugh while you’re still healing. You are allowed to smile through uncertainty. You are allowed to hold both pain and joy in the same breath.
Because joy doesn’t mean you’ve forgotten your struggles, it means you’re choosing to live despite them.
Listen to my full podcast episode on Healing Echoes, where I talk about embracing joy without guilt, even in the midst of becoming.
