While he doesn't get into the nitty gritty, he talks about simple things you can do to wake up feeling readier to attack the day! 2-3 minutes of DEEP breaths, 2-3 minutes of foam rolling/massaging hot spots, and then a mobility routine will have your joints feeling brand new!
