Today’s snacksize Doctor’s Kitchen podcast is all about a general framework for healthy eating that I apply.
This is a very broad overview of how I think about diet and dietary changes and doesn’t zoom in on the specifics of healthy eating (such as spices, brassica vegetables and fermented foods) but I think it holds value when thinking about diet at a population level.
