Despite what it seems, not everyone is a marketer. While there are a lot of people out there claiming to know boats when it comes to this hugely important pillar of your small business, the reality is, they wouldn't know your positioning statement from your pricing strategy.
So as we draw to the close of FY 20/21 and plan for cost efficiencies in our next financial year's marketing investment, I recommend adding an additional layer of scrutiny around who you turn to for marketing advice. This simple exercise could save or make you a fortune!
