Humpday is here and I’m switching it up again! This time with Snak Yard Salted Egg Salmon Skins. Yep, literally fish skin chips on In The Chips with Barry today. Fun fact, I love to eat crispy salmon skin already. So you’d think these would already have a leg up. Add in the curry leaves and spicy peppers and oh boy, do we have a contender!
