Qualcomm has just announced their new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and early benchmarks show this thing is absolutely CRUSH everything. It edges out the Apple A17 Pro chip slightly in some tests, although the A17 is slightly more powerful in the single core.

Samsung hasn't officially announced they'll use this chip - however, it's believed they'll create an overclocked 'for Samsung' version.
