This is a sneak peak of our other podcast Goodbye Glam Squad. Real housewife Erika Jayne is finally the star of her show. The season premier of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is airing now and this time Erika isn't sharing the spotlight with any of her co-stars.

 

Sadly, that's due to the headline- grabbing fall of her estranged husband disgraced former L.A. mega lawyer Tom Girardi, who is accused of robbing tens of millions from the vulnerable and the bereft.

In a lawsuit filed in Northern District of Illinois Federal Court, Chicago attorney Jay Edelson compares Tom Girardi to the notorious embezzler Bernie Madoff and accuses Girardi of presiding over a Ponzi scheme that included his wife and a company she controls.

 

When Season 11 of Bravo’s  Housewives Of Beverly Hills premieres on Wednesdays, the longtime B-story wife may find the focus a little uncomfortable.

 

Though she may not be quite a wife, Erika Jayne is still fighting for her right to live the good life.

 

Variety said: “She’s bragged about spending $40,000 a month on her glam, and has surrounded herself with several minions on her payroll who cheerlead (and choreograph) her every move.”

 

But the LA Times said:  “new evidence has surfaced about Erika Girardi’s role in her husband’s financial affairs, and she is now expected to be a key figure in the sprawling legal battles over what remains of his fortune.”

 

And so on to today, otherwise known as my name is Erika and my life is so hawd.
