Like any other treatments, there are a ton of different methodologies to go with and let's not even get into the world of traditional and modern medicine.

For chiropractic treatments, there is one popular methodology in town and it is called the Gonstead approach. After hearing Valerie explain what it is and the actual benefits of the Gonstead approach, I don't think there is any other methodologies more "superior" than this. I stand to be corrected, for sure.
