Welcome back, everybody, this is a smash the system podcast. I’m your host, Nino Prodan. And in this episode, we’re going to talk about the how how are you going to do these changes? How are you going to make this change in your life and bring these changes to your life? I talked about the first part of it yesterday. It’s to get your time in order once you get your time in order, and you got to start slowly building your skills, building your mindset. Everything happens slowly. If you try to do too much at once you get overwhelmed and you give up. Do not overwhelm yourself. Do not think you can take the whole pie and eat it all at once. Because as you soon as soon as you do that, you’re going to realize that there’s another pie right in front of you. And maybe maybe you can stuffed that pie in your mouth. Eat that whole thing. And guess what, there’s another one. can’t keep up the pace. Make the commitment to start small. Start slowly, build yourself up, can’t lift 500 pounds your first time in the gym. And if you can, you’re a genetic freak. But seriously, you got to build up to it. That’s where people go wrong all the time. They try to make these monumental shifts in their lives, but they never build up the endurance to be able to do it. It’s not all about just staying motivated. It’s about building a system to create sustainability. It’s about understanding your talents. It’s about understanding what you’d like to do, what you don’t like to do what you need to learn, and then putting that together in a way that works for you. We’re going to do this together. We’re going to do it slowly. We’re going to do it every day. And doing that it’s going to change your brain. Yeah, you’ll need motivation, but motivation only lasts so long. Build the system to sustain that motivation to sustain the momentum that you build. To continue building momentum, to continue building skills to work towards doing what you like to do not what you need to do. Yes, there’s going to be some times where you’re just going to have to suck it up and push forward. But you know what? You’re going to be all right. Once you realize why you’re doing it, once there’s purpose behind what you’re doing, takes off some of the load, no longer carrying 1000 pounds, it’s 100. And you know what, I’ll be here with you five days a week, I’ll carry 50 of that for you. You just need to work on putting the reps in, to help your brain adjust to this new way of thinking. It might seem hard now, but don’t worry about where you’re going. Just think about what’s the next step you need to take. That’s it. That’s all you have to worry about is the next step. And after you take that step, then think about the next step. And after you’re done with that step, then Think about the next one. You don’t need to plot the whole course now, you’ll get to that point. I promise you, you will. But right now, you just need to start taking the steps. Take the steps with no expectation of a result. make that commitment now. We’ll build the road together.
